I talked to Sean over the phone and explained my water problem and worried about mold growth for a water overflow in the attic from a faulty air conditioning drip pan that happened a month ago. He came out very next day arriving promptly at the arranged time. Very pleasant and greeted my little barking papillon with kneeling down and lots of petting. He listened to my explanation and followed up with the proper inspection and after testing for moisture, he gave me the verdict. No moisture!
