I talked to Sean over the phone and explained my water problem and worried about mold growth for a water overflow in the attic from a faulty air conditioning drip pan that happened a month ago. He came out very next day arriving promptly at the arranged time. Very pleasant and greeted my little barking papillon with kneeling down and lots of petting.
